The Reason We Exist

The mission of the First Chance Foundation is to assist children who have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. We've accomplished our mission since 2005 by financially and physically assisting other non-profit organizations with identified projects. Through many alliances with established non-profit organizations in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country, we are making a real difference in the lives of disadvantaged children.

100% of All Donations Goes Directly to the Kids
Every dollar donated to the First Chance Foundation goes directly to a child in need. We have no debt, and all administrative expenses are paid by Verbalocity, Inc. (the company owned by founders Heather and Clint Swindall). There are no salaries or administrative costs paid by the foundation ... none!

​Ribs & 'Ritas Annual Fundraiser
​
Ribs & 'Ritas is quickly becoming one of the largest fundraisers in the Texas Hill Country. Held in June each year, the event hosts hundreds of guests as we raise money and raise hope for children in need.
